I co-founded an online eCommerce business with my friend in 2020. Our business sells specialized enamel pins to both the global and local market. As a part of it, I:
- Conducted market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in the enamel pin market, allowing us to create designs that resonated with our target audience and differentiate ourselves in a crowded market, driving sales.
- Established interest checks and social media engagement for followers on Instagram, building a loyal customer base and driving brand awareness.
- Worked closely with overseas manufacturers to develop custom enamel pin designs, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery.
- Developed and executed a comprehensive branding strategy, such as a unique brand name and logo, as well as the design and promotion of branded content on social media platforms, establishing a strong brand identity and increase brand awareness among potential customers.
