Jam and Toast Pins

Jam and Toast Pins is an eCommerce business I co-founded with my friend in 2020. It is a fun and playful brand that specialises in enamel pins for anime fans. Our brand identity is centred around vibrant pink and blue colours, which give off a playful and cheerful vibe. Our products have a cartoonish look and a cute style that appeals to mainly female, young to middle-aged anime fans.

As part of our social media strategy, Jam and Toast is primarily active on Instagram, where most of the target audience can interact with us and other followers. We use the app to share colourful and dynamic images of our enamel pins, to share anime-related content that we think our followers will enjoy, along with behind-the-scenes glimpses of our design process. By building a strong presence on Instagram and actively engaging with our target audience, we have been able to connect with our customers and create a loyal customer base.

We believe that our customers are creative and expressive individuals who love to show off their passion for anime through their personal style. Whether it's a pin featuring their favourite character, or one that captures the spirit of a beloved anime series, we believe that our enamel pins are a great way to express their love for all things anime.
